Steve Hoffman

Steve has nearly 20 years of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry.  Working for North America’s largest privately owned staffing firm, Steve began his career as an Account Executive who excelled in direct hire placement services in various professions, from accounting and IT experts to top-performing sales representatives, to accomplished leaders of various business segments.  This success led Steve to several promotions before becoming one of very few Regional Vice Presidents in an organization of nearly 3,000 employees. 

Steve left his leadership role in the corporate world to return to what he loves most: directly working with candidates and clients to fulfill their needs.  Steve has an unequivocal advantage in working in today's tight talent market, having worked on the frontline of recruiting, training numerous successful staffing professionals, and leading teams of up to forty recruiters.  Steve prides himself on building long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates and considers himself a partner in fulfilling the needs of each party.
