Steve has nearly 20 years of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry. Early in his career with one of North America’s largest privately owned staffing firms, he excelled in direct hire placement services across a range of professional roles, including accounting, technical, sales, and leadership positions. His performance led to several promotions, ultimately becoming one of the organization’s few Regional Vice Presidents within a company of nearly 3,000 employees.
Steve later chose to leave his corporate leadership role to return to what he enjoys most: working directly with clients and candidates to help organizations identify the right professionals and helping individuals advance their careers. His background includes frontline recruiting, training and mentoring successful staffing professionals, and leading teams of up to forty recruiters.
Today, Steve leads Recruiters’ Choice Consulting, partnering with organizations across the United States on direct hire searches and recruiting consulting engagements. The firm supports hiring across accounting, technical, analytical, and business roles, with particular experience working with organizations in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), EdTech, and other data driven industries.
Steve is known for building long term relationships with both clients and candidates and approaches each search as a partnership focused on long term success.
